We started ECAC to give swimmers of all ages a space to get together and train! Currently open to all those interested in masters swimming.
Our members include previous high school, college swimmers, triathletes, and folks who just love to swim! We like to focus on technique and give feedback to make our athletes stronger and more efficient in the water!
